My name is Andrea Hobby. I have a Masters of Science in Epidemiology, and I completed a Data Science and Data Visualization Fellowship at the FDA.

Currently, I am a data scientist at Accenture Federal Services, where I work with healthcare organizations. In my spare time, I write this newsletter. It started in August 2021 when I realized how interested my former classmates and coworkers were in my new work at Accenture Federal Services.

The purpose of this newsletter is to share information about this new field of health data science. My posts are based on my research and the latest news in this area, and I discuss how healthcare professionals can get into data science.

Be part of a community of people who share your interests. See below to see what organizations our community of health data scientists belong to.
